Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director to lead customer success initiatives in data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CDOs and CIOs
  • Lead onboarding and training efforts to ensure high adoption and satisfaction among users
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Strategic Customer Success, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of data technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau
  • Proven track record in managing customer renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Familiarity with data governance, quality, and related fields is a plus
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR or HIPAA is advantageous
