Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the overall customer experience while nurturing relationships and influencing decision-makers
  • Collaborate with regional partners to implement a solutions-oriented approach for upselling and minimizing churn

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of software solutions and ability to align them with customer business needs
  • Experience in account management and strategic decision-making
  • Understanding of economic drivers and industry trends to drive business opportunities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with account influencers and decision-makers
