Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the overall customer experience while nurturing relationships and influencing decision-makers
- Collaborate with regional partners to implement a solutions-oriented approach for upselling and minimizing churn
- Effectively manage accounts, develop company strategy, and provide timely sales forecasts and reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of software solutions and ability to align them with customer business needs
- Experience in account management and strategic decision-making
- Understanding of economic drivers and industry trends to drive business opportunities
- Ability to communicate effectively with account influencers and decision-makers
