Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for delivering positive results through customer-centric and solutions-oriented strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize overall customer experience while nurturing relationships and influencing decision-makers
  • Collaborate with regional partners to upsell solutions and minimize churn in assigned accounts

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience in account management and customer relationship development
  • Knowledge of software solutions and ability to align them with customer business needs
  • Understanding of economic drivers and industry trends that impact customer decisions
  • Ability to establish value and drive momentum in the purchasing process
