Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for delivering positive results through customer-centric and solutions-oriented strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize overall customer experience while nurturing relationships and influencing decision-makers
- Collaborate with regional partners to upsell solutions and minimize churn in assigned accounts
- Effectively manage accounts, providing strategic direction and timely sales forecasts to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years of related experience
- Experience in account management and customer relationship development
- Knowledge of software solutions and ability to align them with customer business needs
- Understanding of economic drivers and industry trends that impact customer decisions
- Ability to establish value and drive momentum in the purchasing process
