Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for generating revenue through acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of staffing requests, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or staffing within healthcare IT or consulting
  • Proven success in meeting sales quotas and managing client relationships
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and healthcare provider organizations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, for managing sales pipelines and documentation
