Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director to manage client renewals and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on retention and expansion

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in SaaS

  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in strategic accounts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong project and time management skills
