Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director to manage client renewals and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on retention and expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with the Customer Success team
- Negotiate contracts and manage high-level stakeholder relationships to drive business impact
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in negotiating contracts and navigating legal discussions
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in strategic accounts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong project and time management skills
