Account Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director to join their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multidimensional teams and provide strategic counsel to ensure progress and high-quality service
• Develop knowledge of the client industry to identify strategic opportunities and partner with experts to create programs that meet client goals
• Supervise junior staff and support project managers in managing account financials and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, English, or a related field
• 5-8 years of agency experience, particularly in healthcare and science communications
• Experience with pharma clients or high-science communications preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with media tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate adaptability to shifting priorities
