Account Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director (Mass Club).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of retailer-specific plans rooted in shopper behavior, retailer priorities, and brand objectives
• Partner with client leads to embed retail thinking into business planning cycles and program briefs
• Act as a subject matter expert on priority retailers and ensure internal and client teams stay informed on retail platform changes

Required Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail strategy, CPG, or retail media
• Solid understanding of key U.S. retailers and their media and commerce ecosystems
• Ability to connect brand strategy to retailer expectations and sales goals
• Experience working in or with cross-functional teams
• A collaborative spirit and passion for helping brands win in retail
