Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director to lead the Strategy & Account Management team on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 5 full-time employees and occasional contractors, ensuring day-to-day excellence
  • Own and nurture priority client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Provide strategic direction across all social media channels and disciplines, ensuring scopes of work are clearly defined and delivered on time
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an Account Director or similar senior client services role, preferably in social media or integrated marketing
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, including coaching and performance management
  • Strong strategic background in social media, including organic and paid channels, content development, and analytics
  • Operationally minded with the ability to assess and improve processes and workflows
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and drive meaningful change quickly
