A company is looking for an Account Director for the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage top 5 largest enterprise accounts, including account planning and marketing strategy
• Engage with CxO executives to understand business drivers and challenges
• Resolve customer escalations by mobilizing necessary resources and ensuring timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the enterprise sector
• Strong understanding of value selling methodologies
• Experience engaging with CxO level executives
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships and escalations
