Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director to manage premium client portfolios and lead a team of account managers and strategists.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term partnerships with brands, acting as a strategic consultant for eCommerce and Amazon advertising
- Direct and mentor a team, fostering professional growth through support and feedback
- Lead the development of forecasts, media plans, and profitability reports, translating analytics into growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing consumer brands in Amazon/eCommerce environments
- 2+ years of team leadership experience in an agency setting
- Proven track record in agency account direction and multi-brand management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- High self-motivation and ability to exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
