Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director to manage premium client portfolios and lead a team of account managers and strategists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build long-term partnerships with brands, acting as a strategic consultant for eCommerce and Amazon advertising
  • Direct and mentor a team, fostering professional growth through support and feedback
  • Lead the development of forecasts, media plans, and profitability reports, translating analytics into growth strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing consumer brands in Amazon/eCommerce environments
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience in an agency setting
  • Proven track record in agency account direction and multi-brand management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • High self-motivation and ability to exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
