Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director to manage premium client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term partnerships with brands and serve as a strategic consultant for eCommerce and Amazon advertising
- Direct and mentor a team, providing support, training, and feedback for professional growth
- Lead the development of forecasts, media plans, and profitability reports while translating analytics into growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing consumer brands in Amazon/eCommerce environments
- 2+ years of team leadership experience with a focus on growth and training
- Proven track record in agency account direction and multi-brand management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- High self-motivation with a strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities
