Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director (US - Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities
- Execute account retention and expansion plans, including coordinating implementation and key integrations
- Build relationships with key account stakeholders and report on sales activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing large accounts ($200K-$2M) in B2B SaaS or services/consulting
- Industry expertise in SaaS sales, particularly in pharma, financial services, or tech
- Strong autonomy and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem-solving
- Commercial sharpness with the ability to understand customer business drivers
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite
