Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director (US - Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities
  • Execute account retention and expansion plans, including coordinating implementation and key integrations
  • Build relationships with key account stakeholders and report on sales activities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing large accounts ($200K-$2M) in B2B SaaS or services/consulting
  • Industry expertise in SaaS sales, particularly in pharma, financial services, or tech
  • Strong autonomy and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Commercial sharpness with the ability to understand customer business drivers
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite
