Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for selling products or services directly to end-user customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within an assigned territory or industry
  • Lead design and delivery of new products and processes while managing complex projects
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and serve as an escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years of experience
  • Strong project management skills and ability to resolve complex issues creatively
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing significant projects and influencing team priorities
  • Ability to determine work priorities and consult with management on long-range goals
  • Experience in networking with key contacts outside of own area of expertise
