Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director to manage premium client portfolios and lead a team of account managers and strategists.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term partnerships with brands, serving as a strategic consultant for eCommerce and Amazon advertising
- Direct and mentor a team, fostering professional growth through training and feedback
- Analyze competitive environments and develop actionable growth strategies based on analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing consumer brands in Amazon/eCommerce environments
- 3+ years in formal team leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in agency account direction and multi-brand management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and advanced Excel functions
