Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required; Master's preferred
- 5+ years in account management with a focus on growth and retention
- 2+ years in marketing-focused SaaS or market research, preferably with F1000 companies
- Strong client rapport-building abilities
- Client-centric mindset with excellent organizational skills
