Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director US Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and build enterprise revenue across the region, scaling annual revenue
  • Build a strong portfolio of corporate clients and maintain disciplined pipeline management
  • Lead the development of winning enterprise proposals and ensure high-quality client program delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Business Development background in Executive Education, Talent Development, or L&D services
  • Proven track record of delivering and scaling US$2-4M+ annual enterprise revenue
  • Established network across CHROs, CLOs, and HR leaders in the territory
  • Experience selling to large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 companies
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex enterprise deals
