Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director to drive the full sales cycle for complex B2B SaaS deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for complex B2B SaaS opportunities
- Proactively build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, leading commercial discussions
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions with a focus on complex deals
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales mechanics, including subscription models
- Ability to translate customer challenges into compelling value propositions
- First experience in coaching or mentoring, with potential for leadership roles
- Fluency in German and English for roles based in Germany
