Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director to join their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day counselor to clients, developing strategies to meet project objectives
• Manage account teams and client relationships to ensure goals are met and exceeded
• Oversee client budgets, financial planning, and identify organic growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6-8 years of healthcare public relations/communications experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong experience in data and regulatory milestones
• Experience supporting communications for pharma and/or biotech clients preferred
• Proven management skills across agency and client responsibilities
