Job Summary
Account Director is a full-time position responsible for creating business plans, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to achieve sales targets in the B2B digital marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas
- Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and success
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful experience in B2B digital marketing sales
- Experience in engaging stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-Market technology organizations
- Consultative selling style with strong follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and passion for a competitive environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is advantageous
