Job Summary

Account Director is a full-time position responsible for creating business plans, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to achieve sales targets in the B2B digital marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas
  • Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and success
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of successful experience in B2B digital marketing sales
  • Experience in engaging stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-Market technology organizations
  • Consultative selling style with strong follow-up skills
  • Positive attitude and passion for a competitive environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is advantageous
