Job Summary

Account Director, a full-time role based in Sydney, Australia, responsible for driving revenue growth by managing enterprise accounts, acquiring new business, and building relationships with senior stakeholders in cybersecurity and IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage key enterprise accounts
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and maintain pipeline health using sales management tools
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing long sales cycles
  • Experience closing multi-year contracts with Fortune 1000 clients
  • Strong familiarity with MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks
  • Proficient in sales management tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong
