Job Summary

Building long-term relationships with clients, the full-time Account Director will drive strategic growth initiatives and manage key account relationships while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, presenting the company to potential clients through meetings
  • Create Account Plans and regularly report on revenue and headcount growth results
  • Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and proactively seek new business leads through various channels
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a plus
  • Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas (Energy) or SaaS industries is advantageous
