Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Account Director will manage and mentor a team while driving full-funnel Amazon and marketplace strategies for tier-one brands in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own client success and revenue, developing strategic roadmaps and growth plans for full-service clients
  • Lead a team of account managers, ensuring proper workload allocation and providing mentorship to elevate performance
  • Manage top-tier client accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary client partner and ensuring flawless delivery across various initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in marketplace management with expertise in Amazon and Walmart
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and leading executive-level conversations
  • Prior experience in team management and development with high standards for delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for creating insights and strategies
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and influence decision-making
