Job Summary

Leading client relationships and internal teams, the remote Account Director will develop experiential strategies, manage key accounts, and deliver impactful marketing solutions in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to post-event analysis
  • Develop and pitch innovative experiential strategies that engage audiences and drive client growth
  • Oversee multiple large-scale accounts and activations, ensuring alignment across creative, production, and strategy teams
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of related experience, with a preference for 3+ years in an agency setting
  • Proven experience managing high-profile brands and six-figure to multi-million-dollar accounts
  • Strong background in experiential marketing, including live events and activations
  • Solid financial acumen, including budget planning and margin management
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior team members
