Job Summary
To support a major automotive dealership account, the full-time remote Account Director will manage campaign strategy and execution, build relationships with field account leads, and ensure creative delivery aligns with market needs.
Key responsibilities
- Execute campaign strategies at market and store levels, managing end-to-end workstreams and coordinating across teams
- Serve as the primary resource for field account leads, providing necessary materials and support to drive retail execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing directors and general managers, becoming a trusted partner in their operations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or agency environments with a focus on account management and retail marketing
- Hands-on retail automotive experience with the ability to analyze store-level performance data
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with operational discipline
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on operationally driven clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and strategic direction
