Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing financial services sales team, the full-time Account Director will establish and enhance client relationships, utilize a consultative selling approach, and lead sales pursuits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns and executive briefings
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to deliver relevant insights and align solutions with client needs
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales data and client correspondence in the appropriate systems
Required qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience selling software solutions, preferably enterprise SaaS
  • Experience in account management with a focus on retention and upselling
  • Proven networking, negotiation, and closing skills with an executive presence
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strategic Selling Training experience desired, such as Miller Heiman or Sandler methods
