Account Director

Job Summary

Managing complex projects and client relationships, the full-time remote Account Director will oversee planning, research, and strategy development while mentoring junior team members and driving growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct planning, research, content, and strategy development for complex projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring quality deliverables and effective communication
• Mentor junior team members and lead process improvement efforts to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, public health, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in communications and/or project management, preferably with a health focus
• Prior experience in a communications firm or government consulting is preferred
• Strong background in strategic communications, marketing, PR, and digital strategy
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver successful programs
