Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Account Director will own the client experience across a large portfolio, ensuring ROI delivery and strategic guidance, while working remotely from outside Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 Account Managers, focusing on client communication and campaign quality
- Run kickoff calls for new clients, aligning on budgets and establishing strategic foundations for engagements
- Own the client experience across the portfolio, ensuring demonstrable ROI and proactive strategy adjustments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and the SMB landscape
- Experience in building or refining onboarding and client success processes
- Proficiency with AI tools and a forward-leaning mindset about industry advancements
- Background in paid media, SEO, email, or full-funnel campaign strategy
