Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Account Director will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, generate new business, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and procurement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting and channel networks
- Own and grow key enterprise accounts, driving upsell and renewal opportunities
- Navigate complex sales cycles and maintain forecast accuracy using Salesforce and other tools
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales roles, focusing on complex deals
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing long sales cycles with Fortune 1000 clients
- Strong experience in direct sales and partner-driven go-to-market models
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC and value-based consultative sales approaches
- Highly organized with fluency in Salesforce, Clari, and Gong
