Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time Account Director will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, generate new business, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and procurement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting and channel networks
  • Own and grow key enterprise accounts, driving upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and maintain forecast accuracy using Salesforce and other tools
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales roles, focusing on complex deals
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing long sales cycles with Fortune 1000 clients
  • Strong experience in direct sales and partner-driven go-to-market models
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC and value-based consultative sales approaches
  • Highly organized with fluency in Salesforce, Clari, and Gong
