Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Account Director will manage the application and sale of litigation support services, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and collaborate with sales management to meet revenue targets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert in litigation support services and identify new upselling opportunities
- Schedule and attend sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations while managing existing client accounts
- Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and coordinate project activities with internal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to quickly learn new technology verticals and sales strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in producing a sales brag book demonstrating continual goal achievements
