Account Director

Job Summary

To support a growing digital marketing agency, the full-time remote Account Director will lead a team overseeing client portfolios, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and ensure performance excellence across multi-location brands, particularly in the senior living and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for key clients, guiding digital marketing strategies and performance insights
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring objectives and KPIs are exceeded
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Supervisors and Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client service and account management with expertise in digital marketing strategy
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-location marketing environments strongly preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing account or client service teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data insights to business actions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, particularly for budgeting and analytics
