Job Summary
Becoming a trusted advisor for clients, the full-time remote Account Director will manage the sale of litigation support services, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Management to meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting, and other Professional Services
- Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to identify and fulfill client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal project outcomes and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success with the ability to meet or exceed goals
- Experience in creating a sales brag book demonstrating continual achievement of quotas and client satisfaction
- Ability to quickly learn new technology verticals and sales strategies
- Excellent presentation skills for articulating complex technical details to clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
