Job Summary
To drive Testlio's next wave of growth, a remote Account Director will focus on acquiring new clients, leveraging a proven track record in selling software services to senior technology leaders while managing a personal book of business with the autonomy to shape strategies and influence outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with digital product and technology executives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions while focusing on expanding the client base
Required qualifications
- Proven experience exceeding sales quotas in SaaS or technology services
- Strong skills in prospecting and outbound sales targeting decision-makers
- Confidence in leading executive-level conversations and negotiating complex deals
- Self-starter with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
