Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Account Director will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and generate new business remotely, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting and channel networks
- Own and grow key enterprise accounts, driving upsell and renewal opportunities
- Navigate complex sales cycles, applying MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks to advance deals
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales roles with a focus on complex deals
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing long sales cycles with Fortune 1000 clients
- Strong experience with direct sales and partner-driven go-to-market models
- Proficient in Salesforce, Clari, and Gong for managing sales processes
- Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC and consultative sales approaches
