Job Summary

Driving new and incremental revenue, the full-time Account Director will manage a strategic book of business exceeding $3M while leading client conversations and partnerships across large and mid-sized agencies in Minnesota, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow a strategic book of business through account planning and proactive pipeline management
  • Lead client conversations to position the company as a strategic partner across programmatic media opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure accurate Salesforce pipeline management
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience with a proven track record of managing a $3M+ annual book of business
  • Deep-rooted agency and brand relationships within the Minneapolis/St. Paul and broader Minnesota market
  • Experience in selling programmatic, contextual, video, and Connected TV (CTV) solutions
  • Proficiency in advanced sales tools for pipeline management and deal qualification
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance immediate revenue goals and long-term strategies
