Job Summary
Driving revenue growth for existing Enterprise customers, the full-time Account Director will manage a pipeline of active deals, develop relationships with senior decision-makers, and exceed sales targets in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities to achieve account-based revenue objectives
- Manage a pipeline of active deals to ensure long-term business sustainability
- Communicate Broadcom's solutions effectively to address customer needs and exceed sales targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of a value-based sales approach
- Significant experience managing a pipeline of active deals
