Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Account Director will focus on developing new business, expanding existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and consultative sales efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify, qualify, and close new client opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and client retention
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field
  • Seven or more years of experience in business development or strategic account management within the market research or SaaS industries
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive measurable business results
  • Strong background in negotiating contracts and complex client agreements
