Job Summary
Acting as the global account lead, the full-time salaried Account Director, Association will manage 50-70 of Marriott's most profitable Association accounts, driving strategies to enhance loyalty and profitability while coordinating resources across teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts and act as the customer advocate
- Track account performance metrics and implement recovery strategies for underperforming accounts
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in hotel or travel industry sales
- Experience working with national association customers is preferred
- Proven account management experience is preferred
