Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for major client accounts
• Oversee creative, strategy, client services, and production teams to deliver impactful work
• Manage budgets, contracts, and ensure project profitability while serving as a trusted client partner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in experiential marketing or brand management
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven success in managing Fortune 500 client relationships
• Experience in sports categories, particularly basketball or soccer, is preferred
