Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director, Client Strategy (Remote US).
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic client relationships and serve as the primary point of accountability for enterprise clients
- Drive retention and expansion through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
- Architect integrated cross-channel strategies across various marketing disciplines
Required Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, particularly with B2B SaaS or technology clients
- Proven track record of managing a $2M+ portfolio, including renewals and upsells
- Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps
- Experience working with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional teams
