Job Summary

To drive account expansion within existing clients, the full-time remote Account Director, Customer Growth will manage cross-selling revenue, collaborate with customer-facing teams, and develop strategic account plans to enhance Coupa's market presence in Business Spend Management.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive and develop cross-selling revenue with assigned accounts to meet or exceed quota
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities in alignment with customer business objectives
  • Design and execute an account development strategy to position Coupa as a market leader
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in enterprise software
  • Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record in account development
  • Domain knowledge in Spend Management is a plus
  • Ability to identify client pains and develop compelling value propositions
  • Out-of-the-box thinking with innovative ideas for Coupa's Spend Management solutions
