Job Summary
To drive account expansion within existing clients, the full-time remote Account Director, Customer Growth will manage cross-selling revenue, collaborate with customer-facing teams, and develop strategic account plans to enhance Coupa's market presence in Business Spend Management.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and develop cross-selling revenue with assigned accounts to meet or exceed quota
- Identify cross-sell opportunities in alignment with customer business objectives
- Design and execute an account development strategy to position Coupa as a market leader
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in enterprise software
- Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record in account development
- Domain knowledge in Spend Management is a plus
- Ability to identify client pains and develop compelling value propositions
- Out-of-the-box thinking with innovative ideas for Coupa's Spend Management solutions
