Job Summary
Supporting the Western Region, the full-time remote Account Director - eDiscovery Sales will manage sales of litigation support services, build client relationships, and collaborate with sales management to achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Bolster sales of Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting/Coding, and other Professional Services in the assigned territory
- Identify new upselling opportunities and manage existing client accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams on project activities and complete necessary sales reports while meeting daily sales goals
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical details
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
