Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to Life Sciences clients, the remote Account Director EHR Solutions will manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and provide EHR strategy and execution to optimize healthcare delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Provide strategic guidance on optimizing EHR workflows and partner with clients to implement EHR-enabled tools
- Engage with life science organizations to align on Health IT initiatives and coordinate across business units and external consultants
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare agency, life sciences consulting firm, or health-focused client services organization
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and EHR workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
