Job Summary
Supporting the execution and growth of events, the full-time remote Account Director, Event Management will manage client relationships, coordinate speaker programming, and ensure high-quality event content while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, speakers, and event stakeholders, delivering a responsive client experience
- Support the development and execution of event agendas, recruiting and managing speakers for both live and virtual events
- Proofread and review all client-facing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across platforms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client services, marketing agencies, events, or account management
- Experience coordinating speakers, content, or event logistics is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with project management systems, event platforms, or CRM tools is advantageous
