Job Summary

Driving TRM's go-to-market strategy in the North American private sector, the full-time Account Director, Financial Institutions will manage a large volume of accounts, focusing on expanding customer relationships and implementing blockchain intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with key stakeholders to identify their needs and decision-making processes
  • Spearhead the integration of blockchain intelligence into customer workflows to enhance their success
  • Create and execute strategic plans for territory growth, ensuring revenue and churn goals are met
Required qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience selling SaaS products or 4 years with expert domain knowledge and consulting background
  • Experience with virtual currencies and knowledge of crypto-native organizations
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  • Strong customer-facing presentation skills, able to establish credibility with senior executives
  • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
