Job Summary
Driving digital transformation initiatives for the Department of Defense, the full-time Account Director for Law Enforcement will develop business plans, build C-suite relationships, and manage complex contract negotiations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for DOD accounts aligning with agency mission priorities
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for law enforcement executives
- Manage complex, multi-million dollar contract negotiations and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience within federal DOD agencies
- Proven track record selling to DOD agencies
- Active federal security clearance (Secret minimum; Top Secret/SCI strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in consultative sales methodologies
