Job Summary
Account Director, Illinois, is a full-time position focused on growing existing customer relationships, expanding accounts, and driving long-term value through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, focusing on expansion and long-term value creation
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, identifying and developing new opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across various stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in account management or expansion-focused sales roles
- Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within complex organizations
- Experience managing mid-length sales cycles (4-8 months) and owning deals end-to-end
- Comfort working within a defined territory of existing accounts with a strategic growth mindset
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a plus
