Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director, Information Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead or secondary point of contact for all matters specific to customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and channel partner relationships
• Prepare and deliver Information Governance workshops and thought leadership events

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of account management or relevant experience in Information Governance or Microsoft 365 services
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
