Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as the lead or secondary point of contact for all matters specific to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and channel partner relationships
  • Prepare and deliver Information Governance workshops and ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of account management or relevant experience in Information Governance or Microsoft 365 sales
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
