Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director for Minerals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding, training, and ongoing product adoption for minerals-focused accounts
  • Own renewals, expansions, and growth initiatives within assigned accounts while maintaining pipeline visibility
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on renewal and upsell opportunities, tracking health indicators in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing accounts within the energy sector, preferably in minerals or royalties
  • Strong understanding of the minerals and royalties value chain, including valuation and portfolio management
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with recurring revenue models
  • Proven track record of owning renewal and upsell quotas with consistent ARR performance
  • Ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and manage enterprise commercial processes
