Job Summary
Leading performance-driven client relationships, the full-time Account Director, Performance Marketing will translate client business goals into multi-channel marketing strategies while managing a focused portfolio of accounts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance strategy by developing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
- Own client relationships through effective communication and strategic recommendations
- Connect the marketing ecosystem by integrating paid media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, and analytics to enhance performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing agency with a focus on paid media and measurable outcomes
- Proven account leadership experience in a performance environment
- Fluency in Google Ads and understanding of performance metrics
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing ecosystem and how various channels work together
- Experience managing a focused book of clients, ideally 3 to 8 accounts, with significant media spend
